I was look ing at my customer's abandoned cart report today and noticed a significant amout of orders listed there each day.

They all have the customer listed as "Anonymous".
How can I make it so it shows the email that started the order so that I can contact them?

This is thousands of dollars each day in potential sales being lost and I would like to know why they abandoned the cart.

If they have gone far enough to enter their email address/create an account, their name will show and there will be a Send Alert button on the right of the page. The anonymous users would be the ones that haven't gone that far.
