Trying to add a Project Honeypot script to my site.
They offer the script in ASP, ASP.net 2/ASPX, PHP, Cold Fusion....

Which one do I use and where do I upload it?

You need to use the script for ASP.NET. If the script is required on all pages, you can add it to an HTML Snippet used on the store header or footer from merchant admin.

They gave me a .asp and a .aspx file to upload to the scripts folder.
I did that but it can't find it.

Don't they have the code for ASP.NET MVC? The .aspx files are related to web forms which I am not sure will work with MVC. Try adding the .aspx file to the root of the website.
