When entering a new product, the default under search engine optimization for Product URL automatically defaults to uppercase. Since the common standard on the Internet is to use all lowercase, it would be nice to have some type of a link which converts anything that you've entered into lowercase text.

Hi Ray,

In 9.0.6, we added some improvements related to Rebuild Url. In 9.0.6, if you go to the admin - configure - SEO - Settings page, you will see the option to rebuild the URLs.
There you can find this setting where the URLs can be converted to all lowercase.

A follow-up on this particular topic, the changes that were made or will be made do not express my concern. The changes only execute when you're doing an update. I'm referring to as you're doing data entry, in other words if you look at the example in Notepad +, you can highlight a text string and turn it to all to lowercase when typing.

Furthermore, notepad + gives you an indicator of how many characters are in your text, whether it's a line or a paragraph. It would be nice to have an indicator at the page title as well, since you already have something similar in your Meta or Keywords. I understand for both the Meta and Keywords are more of a countdown to limit the amount of information entered, but under title it would be like counting what has been entered.
