I haven't had a chance to test this in 9.0.6 but wanted to post it in case it wasn't fixed and while I remembered to report it.
If you are viewing Catalog-->Categories and have multiple pages, when you select something other than View All Items, like View Only Categories, and go to the next page, that filter is lost.
