I was wondering if there is a addon for button sets that would allow easy color change and possibly a raised 3d look?
Also, changing the color and look of the info box headers. Can they be replaced with a image file?

A wiki on what files that control design features such as box size and location, background colors for individual items and setting the site wide font style would be great.

Button color change:

1- Go to the retail side and enable CMS edit mode.
2- From the left side of the screen click the arrow that will slide out a panel
3- From the top left, click the theme tab and you will be able to change the color of buttons.

3D look:

Can they be replaced with a image file?

1- For this, you will need to add your custom CSS styles.
Go to admin - website - themes pages and for the active theme, click EditCSS button and add your custom styles.
