If the USPS Address validation on the billing address page comes back with no address, the box says close but customer doesn't know he can still check out by clicking the continue button. In Gold site testing with the same address, the validation has a radio button to use the address as entered with a continue button or cancel button.
A client reported this and I tested on a 9.0.4 site with no customization with address of 9757 San Leandro Street, Oakland, 94603
