Edit any volume discount. The browser url will change to '/Admin/Discount/EditDiscount/8' (or whatever ID you edited)

Now click the 'Discounts' portion of the breadcrumb at the top

The display changes to show all volume discounts again. But the browser url still contains the ID of the object you just edited '/Admin/Discount/Index/8' when the actual url should be '/Admin/Discount'
