I wasn't sure if I should post this here or in the bugs section or in the feature requests section. I decided here because it is technically not a bug, and it isn't requesting a feature in AbleCommerce itself. I think the upgrade instructions for 9.0.4 should mention that .NET Framework 4.8 has to be installed on the web server before upgrading. When I tried step 12, "Login to the Merchant Admin...", I got an error in the browser and this Warning in the Application event log: Code:Event code: 3008
