404 Errors on Product Pages After Upgrade to 9.0.3

We had things working well under 9.0.1 for several months now. We just tried to upgrade to 9.0.2 and then to 9.0.3 and all product pages now throw 404 errors.
I tried doing a Rebuild Catalog Urls but it didn't help. I've verified the URL matches the one specified for the product. I'm not seeing any relevant errors in the error log.
Any ideas?

Hard to troubleshoot because we're not there, but I would reset the website under IIS first to clear out any cache.

Restarting the website and recycling the app pool did not resolve the issue.

This is just on the DEV site (we haven't applied it to LIVE since it isn't working). I'll send you the address separately so you can take a look.

OK,
What happens when you go to the backend, go into a product and click preview?
If you're not able to view the product, change the URL, save, and click preview?
What happens?

Clicking Preview from the Product Edit page gives a 404. Changing the URL didn't help either.

Create a new product and click preview, at least does that work?

Good idea that I hadn't tried yet. Nope, 404.

Make sure that the newly created product has default templates, nothing custom.

If after trying all this, change the theme back to sample and try again. If it still doesn't work, then I would redo the upgrade again. This time go from 9.01 to 9.02 and check everything at this point.
There has not been a schema change to the database from 9.01 to 9.03, at least to my knowledge, it has to be a view problem. Again difficult to troubleshoot someone else's system because I'm not there.
I've never done a catalog rebuilt for the simple reason I don't like too many "/" in the URLs, Google likes the URLs to be nice and simple and I found that the rebuilt just messes things up.
All my URLs have only one "/" in them, again better for SEO.

I figured this out. There was a minor issue with one of our custom widgets. It is utterly ridiculous that this resulted in a 404 error which made something that should have been simple to track down and fix very difficult. The site was in debug mode and custom errors was off. This should never have happened. And no error was logged because the Global.asax.cs has code to prevent logging of 404s. I find good error handling is the sign of good software and this version of AbleCommerce fails this test miserably.
