Current AbleCommerce 7 hosted user, 99% of pages customized through nVelocity scripts, seeking similar dynamic page creation in version 9. Data varies based upon content of merchant fields in Product Template of product.

Currently testing CMS Version Version: 9.0.0.5338, discovered save bug in product template attached to product.

Enter data, click on the "Save All Template Data" button; data entered does not persist, fields are empty when returning to template page.

In addition:

Have sussed out from the chhtml documents the process for creating an object from the template itself

ProductTemplateId = Model.ProductTemplateId

Once template data is successfully stored, what will be the mechanism for accessing the data in order to customize pages via dynamic HTMP creation. Am currently anticipating

newFieldData = Model.ProductID.ProductTemplate.MerchantField

Eagerly awaiting the development guide for creating new modules.
