isn't there supposed to be a default email template to the shopper for when a payment fails to process?

Payment authorization failed & Payment capture failed
These are two related events that can be used to trigger an email if a payment authorization or capture transactions are failed.

Correct. Those are triggers. My question was: shouldn't there be an email template in the default store?
There's no email template for failed payments. Pretty sure Gold used to include a standard payment-failed email template, didn't it?

Hi Joe, We did have some email templates for the auto-ship subscriptions, but I don't think we had anything specific to a failed payment email. I found this list off the help site. http://help.ablecommerce...mail/email_templates.htmIt should be easy to add with the triggers available. Thanks Katie |

Ok thanks. For some reason I was thinking the default install included a payment-failed email template. Apparently not! lol
