Daily abandoned basket reports has a popup that shows the value of the month when you click the next button. There are a couple of other places you can find where the alert hasn't been commented out.

Confirmed the issue, thank you for reporting it.

In the following view file there are couple of javascript alert statements which are not commented out:

\Areas\Admin\Views\AbandonedBaskets.cshtml

As a workaround, please open the file in some text editor and search for following code and remove or comment out:
