The product export does not include some key fields like:
Theme
Page Template
Inner Template
Prohibited By Paypal Express

There is a field 'DisplayPage' but it's not clear how that plays into the new CMS. I'm assuming that's transitioned to 'Page Template' as described on the edit-product page?
