Free Technical Support Policy

We are thrilled to help merchants with their AbleCommerce store, and our licensed subscription plans include free support so you can open a ticket at any time of day, and you will get a response within 24 hours or less during business hours.

Our normal operating hours are between 9am – 5pm, Pacific time.

Monday through Friday excluding major holidays.


What is included -

Help with any documented feature built-in to AbleCommerce, such as:

  • Configuration settings for tax, payment, and shipping.
  • Questions about how to do a task.
  • Questions about how something works or is supposed to work.
  • Help finding information on a particular feature.
  • Troubleshooting issues that can be reproduced.


What is not included –

  • Solving random errors from your log file.
  • Any broken pages after changes have been made.
  • Support for moving your installation or upgrading.
  • Emergencies.
  • Custom code or developer-level questions. 


We offer paid support as a service option - 

Upon purchase of paid technical support, you agree to authorize 1 hour at the current rate. Access to the ticket center will be granted where you may open a ticket. A technician will work with you to solve the issue. If the issue is a bug in the software, there will be no charge. Once the issue is solved, the payment will be processed. Additional time may be needed for complex issues.

We also have a community forum where you can ask questions that may be more technical, related to code customization, etc.
